@krobinson9721 yep, you need to convert to pounds. As a fellow metric user, I found an upside to all this converting: you get to have twice (or thrice, since a pound is a smaller unit) as many milestones! I have decided to treat every 2,5kg and every 2,5lbs as little milestones, so I have plenty of opportunities to do a little celebratory dance. Now, I just need to get my act together and start reaching them.2

As we finish up October... I have made 2 promised to myself for November. 1. No alcohol tuesday, wednesday and thursdays. 2. Snap pictures of everything BEFORE I eat then, then my a collage and post here the next day for some accountability. Happy Friday!3

Today I had a salad for lunch. Was actually quite good. I added some chicken bites that I had gotten from Kroger
Tonight nothing really sounded good so I grabbed some brown 90 second rice, can of chili, warmed them you, split into 3 meals, then added hot sauce, cheese and sour cream. So darn good.

Like @Xiaolongbao, weigh-in day was the gain day. Iβve really slacked off on tracking, and the bag of Halloween candy had to be opened earlier than usual. I told myself I could only eat my favorite two flavors so I wouldnβt devour the whole bag, so at least I showed some restraint.1 -
