    Saturday weight in.
    PW: 143.6
    CW: 143.2

Hey there @KHill875 and @jenready I have recorded your weigh ins, but please make sure you report in on Saturday because the MODS do our stats starting very early on Sunday mornings. I will send them a message to switch your NWIs to LWIs. If Saturday weigh ins don't work for you, let us know and we can switch you to a different day of the week. Thanks!

:star:The Green Challenge :star: Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!! B)

I show your PW as 272.8 so you had a slight loss. (YAY!!) If this is incorrect, please let me know.

@cnb124 Will be happy to help...is everything ok? I noticed you came in 2nd place with your loss last week. I hope you're ok and not discouraged...you're doing an amazing job.

I'll alert the MODS to move, but please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

It was my birthday yesterday, so my, my husband, and our kids whent to a town about an hour away, its a tiny touristy town where they have a ski mountain. We just went to get away for a couple days. They have a motel called the Chateau Rouge, and they are fairly affordable rooms, but are like little apartments. They have a kitchen and living room with a fire place, and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Then of course they have a pool and hot tub. I swam for an hour with the kids trying to get some sort of workout in. I also did a 45 minute workout in out room, I would go up the stairs, do 5 pushups and 10 shoulder raises with 5lb weights, then go down the stairs, and do 15 to 20 squats with the 2 5lb weights (yes I carries the weights up and down the stairs) I did that for 45 minutes. I did not however work out yesterday, breaking my workout streak at 46 days :( But I had to get laundry done and grocery shopping, and I was super tired. Oh well, I was right back at it this morning. There is a candy store where we went, I always stop and buy lots of yummy salt water taffy. So it was a nice relaxing weekend, and I am up 3lbs, so today and tomorrow I am filling up on lots of low calorie foods hoping to knock that back down before my weigh in on Wednesday.

    Monday weigh-in
    PW: 207
    CW: 207
    LTD: 3 lbs

    ~

I weighed myself yesterday that is not my weigh-in day and was 206.4. My weigh-in today is higher, at 207 which is what I weighed-in at last week on Monday.

I have been doing better on my steps and finally broke the 10,000 steps barrier for two days in a row so I'm very proud of that. I am working on my steps today on my Gazelle that I do in chunks of time where I sit down and rest or do something else. I'm planning to do 10,000 daily - mostly before starting work at 3:30PM. My pedometer is such a good 'toy' to have because I'm checking my sleep now too :)<3

@charsuzy Don't round off your steps when you report in...send in the actual count from your fitbit...great job by the way!!
