Happy to be down a little again, but honestly kind of frustrated
Hi Sarag, every now and then I need to do something different to shake up the routine and break the plateau.
Exercise - double my exercise sessions during one week in every month.
Food - have a side of cooked mushrooms with double (heavy) cream & mustard with either lunch or dinner every day for 1 week in every month. A book I read years ago called this the 'magic whoosh. Happens to be my happy food but if your not a fan of mushrooms, try to find something else to cream. 😁

Thank you! I need these reminders. And, you’re absolutely right! This is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. I need to make this a mantra lol. I have been overweight my entire life. I have always been a quick fix, and fad dieter. Of course none of that worked long term. This is the first time in my 42 years that I have gone almost an entire year heading in the right direction, in a healthy way. Slow and steady, and staying the course!!0 -

11/8: 176.6 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻Happy happy! Down 6.4# since starting MFP, & dropped 1.4# since 11/1 WI! Today starting my walking routine. Slowly but surely!
Week 2 loss: .6# Total 7# WTH!🤬. Maybe it’s the eating after 7pm. I don’t know. Will be more diligent this week & do better with my food choices. Going to meal prep for the week. It could also be the extra steps I got in yesterday, maybe I won’t walk on the day before WI. 🤨😒🤬

11/15:176# 🤨 New day, fresh start. I’d like to see 170# next Sunday!
