I've been struggling with some aspects of weightloss and I think one of those has been emotional eating. I'm doing a 30 day emotional eating journal challenge and I wanted to share it with you guys since I think it's probably a common weight loss hinderance and I think it's focused on addressing the root causes of emotional eating and offering tips to help cope.

@WMEJA I think that is most of us, trying to reduce weight and have more energy and sadly I was there and let go of the reigns which reminded me how hard it is to break life long habits! However, we got this, taking it one day at a time and being mindful and present will help us to get there.1 -
