Did w4d1 of c25k (repeating week 4 because it kicked my behind last week), and an additional 40 mins of walking on the treadmill.

My NSV was hitting a 40% protein macro eight times this month alone when I didn't reach even 35% protein once a month for the entire year.
But, boy oh boy, would I love an adventurous hike, gin for breakfast, and a book deal!

@RangerRickL Way to go on the climb!! I can't pull up my own weight like that on a rope, I need to make that a goal of mine!!!! Lose enough weight and build up arm muscles enough to do that would be an achievement for me!

Kept walking even when under the weather- sometimes a shorter distance, sometimes slower...because I WANTED to!

My husband saw a favorite pair of my pajamas were disintegrating - actually the 2nd pair of the same design - and he’d heard me mention they stopped making them. So the first of two different pajama bottoms arrived today: pink fleece penguins. He’d had me look at the size chart & I kept wanting to get the next size up “just to be sure they fit” but I held firm (was hard to do) & I opened the package with some trepidation... and held them up & thought “no way they’ll fit” but decided to try...Perfect Fit. I guess I *have* lost weight! 🤣😂🤣😂6 -
