I had the best dinner ... threw chicken breasts, salsa, canned black beans and canned corn in the InstantPot and cooked for 20 minutes. I shredded the chicken and mixed it altogether. Served with brown rice, chopped avocado, a dollop of plain Greek yogurt (perfect sour cream substitute) and a couple of more tablespoons of salsa. I can’t wait for leftovers tomorrow.5

Linda.. take it easy! I am still pretty exhausted overall, not 100% sure if it is from the Covid, since many say it can take weeks/months to completely get over it and some people have had it from early diagnoses and are having symptoms still, or if it is the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.4 -

These darn cookies are gonna kill my weight, but watchout, I am setting myself up for a great New Year. Last year, I started on this journey with this program on January 1, and was killing it until my Dad had his health emergency in May and that threw me off and I have been struggling to get back on the right track ever since. I will kill it in 2021!3 -

Got the results back from my ultra sound on my liver ... My Doctor said I do have a fatty liver but it is a mild case and could be because of my kidney's ...I have had 3 kidney stone removals ....I have cysts on one of my kidneys ...I upped my carbs about a month or so ago but I need to go back on strict Keto ... I am eating things that I shouldn't be like potatoes, rice etc I am having headache/migraines more frequently .. He said that was fine but for me to lower my protein ...so I will be going back to keto on Jan 1st .........I turn 50 tomorrow ...I can't not believe that ...seems like yesterday I was in my 30's LOL

Hi all, check in from me!!!
Lately, my tummy problems have been improving. But yesterday and today, while at work, the pain got really bad again. I think it might be down to stress. Because whenever my anxiety is high, the pain gets a lot worse.
So I emailed the ultrasound place and hopefully they will call tomorrow with an appointment.
I've got a wicked headache too. blah.
Tomorrow is weigh in day, and I have really worked hard with my food this month, so I am hoping the scales are kind to me. The last 2 days I've also done some mini dance workouts. Not the hour and a half I was doing, but 2 days of 15 minute workouts, is a great start! I know I can't overdo it
Will check in tomorrow as soon as I get off those scales lol

I am still fluctuating around 170. I have tried to add more yoga and cycling. I am still exhausted from Covid, so adding exercise has been really a challenge. I am still working full time. Good news, I have been able to use my standing desk again. I will gladly take these increments of energy.
I am wanting to put the pedal to the metal as they say, just body says nope. Holding pattern is ok, but body...I want you smaller!

The scale is back into the 170s today 🤩 but still 1.4 above last weeks low. Feels good to be back on track. I hit all of my macros yesterday but fell short on fiber. I don’t know what more to do. I take a supplement and even ate broccoli!2 -
