    UAC FAQ Number 5 explains a Pass Day:

    "3 PASS" DAYS

    You are allowed three "pass" days for the month. You may use a pass day if you are unable to complete the daily challenge due to illness or other circumstances. There is a 3-day pass day limit for the month. If you exceed three pass days, you will NOT BE OUT of the UAC, but you will not qualify for the monthly Winner's Circle. If you need to use a pass day, report it in the sign in thread for that date. For example:

    Just a question. If members do not post in each day but are still holding themselves to the 3 requirements is that ok? I had a friend tell me trying to remember to post each day was stressing them out. I thought it did not matter as long as you kept track and posted when you could.
