This morning I did 25 mins of Yoga. Then in the afternoon I bounced on the rebounder for 30 mins while watching the news. Tonight before dinner I did 40 mins on the treadmill at 3.5 mph. and an addl 10 mins warmup/cool down at 3.0 mph.4 -

exercise: got in two good flexibility sessions, worked, and then got in some hiit to top it off!
tracking: of course! easier day to track as i made a nice casserole for dinner
budget: once again hit just at my mark and am happy to be seeing the progress i’ve made!

@rangerrickL Thanks for the correction. I'm trying to figure out where I got that in my head, because I have been running (apparently erroneously) with that idea these past 3 + months. The only thing I could find was this line from rule #5: "Account for every day of the month. If you can get to a computer only once every three days, your post needs to look something like this:" And maybe that is where I extracted the every three day idea. Anyhow, I should have just not replied, but no one else had. Tried to help, but didn't.3

I got up too late (with very little sleep) so wasn't able to get to the treadmill first thing like I normally do and by the time I got home I completely forgot about it. By the time I remembered it was too late (treadmill is too noisy to use when my partner is sleeping).3 -
