    I weighed today as its one of my coworkers last nights and I made brownies.

    Hi everyone. I've had a mixed week so far with work and stuff but so far I've managed to keep a 400 - 500 calorie defecit daily, so I'm hoping it will be OK on Sunday (weigh - in day for me)
    I weigh daily and I'm cool with fluctuations, so no dramas with that.

    NSV I realized how much my mother affects me and now I am more aware of the trigger and it won't be as much of a struggle!! Getting it out is helping!! Now focus on me and just let it gooooooooooooooo

    I’m with you on this one -I know it’s a trigger -but it’s still a struggle. I think the worst part is knowing that it impacts me mentally and therefore physically-so the more I try to make that healthy divide -the guilt comes -I recently stumbled on “Peg Streep” on Facebook-and while it doesn’t 100% all apply to me -I found some solace in the knowledge.

    Hi everyone.
    Today has been a good day. I got 9hs sleep last night, completed work tasks, did my flexibility/mobility movements and went out for 2 short walks. Food logged and I'm now relaxing with my feet up (it's gone 8pm here).
    Wherever you are and whatever your day brings, I hope it is all good for you. :)

    Not watching to much TV now and days. I'm trying to not let all the "chaos" stress me out. Stress causes me to eat. I started crocheting again. I'm making a pullover sweater for myself - one size smaller. It keeps my hands and mind busy and keeps me motivated. Let's see what next week brings.

    I am nothing if not consistent! 😂 If I can get through this weekend and restock my groceries on Monday I should be getting back on track.
