    This week has been tough. I notice when my steps are down so is my mood. I need to get better at when my mood is down to WALK.

    Exercise: 15K steps - 90 min, 2.75-mi cross country hike on a Nat’l Historic Trail, then a 60 min, 2-mi walk on a rail trail

    I was waiting for my cousin to get in from Raleigh, so I decided to go on a hike of my own. I did the historic trail on my own, then did the rail trail with my cousin.

    Exercise: Nope, none, nada, hurt my knew on my stairs Friday so I decided to take it easy Saturday and let it heal before I put it through the ringer again.
