Track: Yes
Calories: Way over (did well till dinner - I had a rough day at work so I got Chick-fil-a after my walk tonight.)
Exercise: 9,800 steps - 3.4 mi, 75-min greenway walk
I’ve requested from the library two cookbooks that are “cookbooks for dummies,” essentially. I hope these’ll help me overcome my fear of the kitchen and put more effort in preparing good, healthier food on a budget when compared to my constant eating out.1 -

Good luck. I used to hate cooking. I’m still not the best cook but something I learned along the way it’s kinda like anything else you get better at it the more you do it. Let us know what you make.0 -
Went jogging (well let’s face it slow jogging) / walking this morning. It’s been awhile. It’s very cold so I only did 30 min, but it’s a start.
Even took the dog.

Super annoyed about the gain!!! I walked more than usual and was so hungry in the evenings! No idea what is going on. I started a new medication (for depression) a month ago and I wonder if it is hindering my weight loss.2 -

Had a bad week. On Thursday I went in and had my hernia repaired. It has been bothering me for a while now I think my gain this week is because of that. I have to take it easy for 6-8 weeks. Just body weight exercises and lots of walking. The good thing I will be at home and be able to plan better what to eat;2 -

Such an adorable dog. I’m sure he enjoyed your jog/walk today. I have a 7 yr old pug and he loves going for walks with me.0 -

Don’t be to hard on yourself. Just keep doing what you’re doing. It will come off. But I know the frustration. I have been stuck for the last few months. Just going up and down. Up and down.0 -

Prayers for a quick recovery. I had mine repaired a few months ago. You will feel much better once you are recovered. Hugs!0
