Had a bad week. On Thursday I went in and had my hernia repaired. It has been bothering me for a while now I think my gain this week is because of that. I have to take it easy for 6-8 weeks. Just body weight exercises and lots of walking. The good thing I will be at home and be able to plan better what to eat;
