Haven’t been feeling so great -had a thyroid biopsy on Wednesday and it seemed to set some of my (inflammatory) symptoms off and so I’ve been in bed and feeling low. I don’t ever post stuff like this publicly -but everyone here is so open about their health and challenges...if anyone has any positive energy to send my way -I could use it.
Sending you some positive thoughts. It is ok to give yourself time to take acknowledge your feelings. It will be alright.0 -

I cannot believe how out of shape I am. I need to start taking long-term weight loss seriously, or my weight will become almost impossible to manage.0 -

A gain again! My weight loss cycle is so different. I used to consistently lose from week to week. Now I have a big loss, then gain the next week, then maintain for a week or two. Super frustrating. I'm trying to rethink the scale as the end-all-be-all judge of how I'm doing. But it's tough when I gain for no reason (that I can see).
