    Haven’t been feeling so great -had a thyroid biopsy on Wednesday and it seemed to set some of my (inflammatory) symptoms off and so I’ve been in bed and feeling low. I don’t ever post stuff like this publicly -but everyone here is so open about their health and challenges...if anyone has any positive energy to send my way -I could use it.

    I cannot believe how out of shape I am. I need to start taking long-term weight loss seriously, or my weight will become almost impossible to manage.
