    Feeling like I'm getting back in the swing of things. My wii scale called me obese when I'm over 30 percent body fat. This week I was below that .. so I'll take the small win of not being called obese by my mean scale.

    Wow! What a great week everyone is having!! Let's keep it up! I know it might be tough with all of the playoff games happening (Go Bills!) and a long weekend for a lot of us. We can do this.

    Since my team was the worst team in the worst division 😞 ......I am cheering for the Bills. I love watching Josh Allen play. Good luck to your team!

    Note- I had big plans to start meal prepping today but then I overslept and lost the time I needed to prep everything.     Awesome victory. The Wii is so mean! I got a new scale last year so I didn't have the Wii putting me down. 😄
