STEPS >25k? Yes. I walked 11.5 miles into town and to the Kroger grocery store today in the snow and 35 degree temps. I had an empty backpack and only bought a few things (including keto Rebel Triple Chocolate ice cream!) YUMMO! It was cold enough walking outside that the ice cream didn't melt!

Love all the photos guys. Good day here, the sun was out, I went for a two hour walk with a friend, did my usual knee rehab exercise bike , tracked calories and stayed under. Didn’t take a great pic on my walk today but you can see the lovely shadows (it’s been so grey lately, I’ve missed shadows!) and lush green grass. There are usually lots of deer hanging around here, keeping the grass short!
