Thanks for the kind birthday wishes yesterday! It was a great day, but I feel even better about getting back on track today.
Happy Belated Birthday! I am not sure if you saw my rant yesterday, but I didn't read a single post for the last few days, and last night, it was super frustrating with all the incorrect food stored in the myfitnesspal database! I spent 3 hours editing food correctly in the database to add the food items I had just purchased correctly! Anyway done and overall that, so Happy Belated Birthday! I hope you had a FANTASTIC day!1 -

I will catch up on past posts from Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday tomorrow! @Hollis100, who sent me a lovely letter in my message box due to my rant and frustration last night! Thank you for the gentle reminder on what is truly important in life! Please do not take the people in your life for granted because our time on this Earth is limited, and you never know when your time or one of your loved one's time is up! Time for me to start putting things into perspective! Going to bed with my hubby tonight instead of falling asleep on the couch or staying up all night! I hope everyone had a great day! Night everyone!

Started the day off with a cinnamon roll but turned it around! Hoping that cinnamon roll lulled my inner “hold on to all the fat” girl into a false sense of security so she lets a little bit of the fat go and I finally hit that 50lb mark tomorrow. Lol. Wishful thinking right here.5 -

My calories were quite low through dinner so I just had a big snack and then barely stayed under. Although I'm doing my 20+ minutes per day on on the treadmill I seemed to have fallen off the wagon with my crunches/upper body weights this week.4 -
21st January:
Pass Day. Did OK on exercise, although minimal, but fell down on calories. Had a very large Scotch after a very frustrating time with my partner. Thinking about my new identity.

Can YOU please send me a friend request, as I don't seem to get this done correctly, or I do, but people don't friend me back ( accept )
I TOTALLY RELATE to EVERYTHING minus the pouring a large glass of Scotch, as I PREFER my MEDINCIAL Cannabis for MY calmness, patience, kindness, creativeness, focus, mental health, pain relief, and spirituality! This is the number ONE reason that I am OFF ALL MY PRESCRIPTION PAIN MEDS! BIG PHARMA is NOT the way to go, but rather HOLISTIC!
I hope YOU, friend, are having a BETTER day TODAY!
