    My midweek check in 😊

    I went from 130.4 (lower than I expected) to 133.8! Due to lady thangs haha. Anyway, I’m down to 131 still chipping away at that weight gain. It doesn’t always just drop off so easy after TOM does it 🤦🏼‍♀️ But we don’t give up, we keep going and going week after week until we get there. And even then we have to maintain! It’s a lifestyle now right?!

    Hope everyone is remembering what their WHY was when the clock struck 2021, cause you and your family are worth it ❤️

    I have been walking nearly everyday for an hour -eating, tracking, drinking my water and I feel the output for this .2 was A LOT and took so much focus -feeling frustrated.

    OMG! I forgot to record my weight last Friday. I've just been a mess with the pandemic still raging and all the political unrest. It has been very stressful, I lost sight of my weigh in day altogether. I'm going to really try and focus on me this next week and tune out all the stress around me.

    That's how I felt this week too but then I weighed in today and was 1.5 pounds down from yesterday. Be patient and consistent. It will happen!
