OMG! I forgot to record my weight last Friday. I've just been a mess with the pandemic still raging and all the political unrest. It has been very stressful, I lost sight of my weigh in day altogether. I'm going to really try and focus on me this next week and tune out all the stress around me.2 -

I am 9 pounds from my final goal, I want to hit 139 and then maintain. 1.4lbs loss last week, there will be smaller losses each week as I get closer, that is the way it has always been. But I have started to increase exercise. I started in Oct at 178 lbs (29 pound loss), became a health coach to help others and learning a new lifestyle. Keep up the great work.

Ok ok 178.2 after working out this morning!!!!! Wooooosh!! Gonna keep on this flow! Water water water!! Salad salad salad!! Move move move!! My body has lost 100 lbs twice and almost 80 lbs after the last baby!! I can get there muscle memory is real......with my head in the game I can do it!! Y'all see me disappear please yell at me MIA is me screwing up!! Diving into emotional eating and hiding with guilt!! Help me stay in the light!! I need it!!7

That's how I felt this week too but then I weighed in today and was 1.5 pounds down from yesterday. Be patient and consistent. It will happen!4 -

Good Morning. I had a pretty spectacular weekend to say the least. Def a weekend my brain needed. I meal prepped a little last night but will still do more tonight. Ohio has some rain and snow coming but I also just started shark week last night so I am gonna really work on the calming the snacking.5
