    Woke up this morning to a good cover of snow. The family went off to enjoy the hills with friends while I did some indoor cardio and tidied up. The snow was virtually all gone by early afternoon when I drove home. Saying goodbye to my son was hard - very emotional for both of us. We went on two good long walks while I was there but we walked slowly and stopped to take in the views. He struggles to keep up with his 4 year-old daughter and I'm the one who plays tag with her.

    I'm home now so back to the bike rides and the stricter tracking and calories.

    @lesdarts180 no words..just thoughts of comfort & love ...

    I’m doing everything right, but scale is not responding as it usually does. I must be patient.

    I have an affirmation app that randomly sends them to me. Today, as I was worrying about this, along came, “I am a warrior!” Shifted my mindset.
    I WILL persevere & win this temporary bobble! I am a warrior!

    For the rest of the month I am going to make more of an effort to do my crunches (TTS) and upper body weights (MWF) on their scheduled days.

    Treadmill walking, 30 min strength and 10 min HIIT.
    Sometimes I look at my calorie allotment and it does not seem like much. Today was one of those days... But I stayed within it so I am okay and moving on.

    Out in the mountains 🛷ing. Tbh, I didn't feel like it. I would have rather do nothing, maybe watch a documentary or read. Also do my last workout for the week. The kids wanted to go enjoy the ❄, so I went along. Good choice, I recharged my batteries 👍.

    I had 150cal left, too. This after I realized the next day that I forgot to log the 2 thin slices of pizza (network issues). 😀

    So today it's been a good day! 💃
