@SModa61 I hope you will enjoy the book as much as I did. Thank you for all your insights! I was not aware of potential weight fluctuations due to Ibuprofen (only of the effects of cortisone). In yesterday's discussion, you mentioned, “In the video, he did miss TOM, but I guess that is a "duh".“ What does TOM stand for?

Nope, I didn’t track any food and made bad choices today. I did get back to morning yoga, abs and rehab though which was added to coaching kids and attending Jiu Jitsu class.
No work this week so nice and relaxed. It is convenient on weeks like this because my man has a flexible schedule so we can meet up for coffee or lunch easily (like we did today 🥰). Didn’t sleep enough last night and suffered today as a result. I know I need a certain amount of sleep, and suffer the consequences if I don’t prioritise it. Tomorrow I will improve on the areas I did badly on today.9 -

25th January:
3 x Yes.
Exercise: Yes, 60 minutes brisk walk to the Town Hall and back, to sort out some forms. Thanks to my preparation (I am getting good at French bureaucracy!) it literally took 5 minutes. It was a beautiful day and my walk took me past our little river.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Even managed to squeeze in a drop of whisky to raise a glass to Robbie Burns and all my Scottish friends. My partner is Scottish. @BobW007

Unlike some of you, I love the time differences between UAC members. I post in the evening, after my last meal, kitchen closed @victorious55. Usually @Dory_42 is there, in South Africa, 2 hours ahead of me. @Hulya_79 in Turkey turns up a bit later, dinner times in Turkey are later, then soon after UK @fatbambi2017. I think there are some more UK or Irish members?
I post again first thing in the morning. I wake up crazy early, but @RangerRickL is about to go to bed and posting his last comments and the starter post for the new day. I know that @MadisonMolly2017 in California is at the end of the timeline, before UAC friends in Australia are ready to post @Ja_Kl? and @donna25trinity, maybe others? Lots of North Americans all over the continent in between. I absolutely love the worldwide spread of UAC members!16 -

Good day - three yeses. Exercise was my usual knee boosting exercise bike session for 25 minutes and a couple of walks with my youngest.
@Chinkiri I’m with you on the time difference, there’s a kind of rhythm with the daily posts and I love how different our weather is - some people are hanging out in the sun, some are shovelling snow while some of us just have the grey and wet! I also love hearing about people meeting other people as I’ve not been able to do that for months now 🙁🙁. Living vicariously through others!
And re the French bureaucracy- I also hear you. I spent a year in Bordeaux studying (it feels like one hundred years ago now!) and the paperwork - epic. Well done on your speedy transaction today.6 -

The sun was shining but it was bitter cold this morning so only a short bike ride.
In spite of giving myself an increased calorie allowance while I was away, I have dropped by 0.2 kg since Friday am. Not much in itself but I’ve been under 48 kg for over 2 weeks now.
