    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 2 hour and 38 minute trail run in the morning, then this evening, a 30 minute H.A.B.I.T class, followed by a 30 minute treadmill run, and finished with a 45 minute Pound 45 class.

    Last three days were 3x’s yes but maybe not the most balanced. Saturday’s calories were mostly cocktails and Sunday was all pizza!!!
    DH has the week off so we’re on pretend vacation. Luckily we live close to skiing so he’s been going every day. I’m going to join him tomorrow. This is my first winter downhill skiing, it’s terrifying, exciting and takes a lot of effort.

    @RangerRickL I'm slowly catching on myself. I had to ask about a different acronym just the other day and two people were kind enough to explain it to me. :)
