Rainy day in the desert!!! Arizona is a desert and mountain state. And it has the Grand Canyon. For the last two years it has been in an extreme drought. The last few days, it has been raining in the lower elevations and snowing in the mountains. It's wonderful to hear the rain falling.

I was feeling discouraged. Even though I could tell I had been having some non-scale success I still wanted some scale success. Well this morning that darn thing finally moved. I am so happy. Worked out more than usual and did not eat all of my exercise calories.9 -

@RangerRickL I'm slowly catching on myself. I had to ask about a different acronym just the other day and two people were kind enough to explain it to me.3 -

Walked 10.1K steps! 1st time I’ve been back over 10K (hip bursitis) since Jan 5. I’m being kind to my hips & they seem to be much happier!

Exercise yes - headed out for a run but 1/2 mile into it realized my running buddy was hobbling on 3 legs. Immediately stopped, turned around, and walked home. He was not happy about cutting the run short. That crazy dog would rather have run 3 miles on 3 legs. He seems fine. Pads look ok, he’s not limping, not sure what the problem was. I’ll give him a day or two off, although he won’t appreciate it!
