    That’s great! Me? Not so great! And the worse part is that one word is pulling me in. “CARBS” I’ve gained 10 lbs since Christmas. So, you are to me an inspiration! 🌷

    Comments: I'm still doing good, I have to remind myself daily what is at stake but I think it's the necessary evil to get he job done. I'll get back into healthy habits and I'll be fine, just it's a daily reminder right now.

    Comments: I'm still doing good, I am still reminding myself daily what I need to do but the hopeful, motivated feeling is still here and I'm going to run with it. I need to use it to rebuild my healthy habits again.
