I'm slowly getting better Thank goodness 🙏🏾 but still have a ways to go haven't been able to leave my house since the last week of November and probably won't until March. Although the Air purifier, Navage and Golden Smoker's Lung 🫁 tea is working; I'm not going to resume Exercise until the 2nd week of February giving my body time to recuperate.1 -

Comments: I've actually been on track since Friday and this time it feels different for some reason. Like my planner is filled in, got my calendar up on the wall and my workout schedule up....my house is cleaner than it's been in months....this time, I feel better and I think I'll be good finally.1
