I am Michelle. My weight during COVID-19 has hit nearly 176lb so I return to FitnessPal community!
In this two months, I have been struggling about exercising. Because of wfh, I stayed at home most of time.
Now, I kinda get back to my original routine. Eat less and exercise more!
The big holiday is coming so I hope I can eat less.
Last month, I lost some weights, which I should have lost in December. So, my target is a bit lagging behind. Anyway, my target this month is to hit 154 lb. (8.1lb).

WI Day today - very pleased! -2.3! I have had the worst time losing weight for the past couple of years - to the point of giving up - week after week with no loss whatsoever. So, this is an encouraging start!
