I am happy I exceeded my goal of 1 pound a week loss. I'm also happy that I was able to go another notch tighter on my belt! I lost an inch off my waist and that's feels great.3 -
This morning I was 83,6 kg or 184,3 lbs, which for me is a BMI of 29,97!
Finally out of the obese range !!!
