Anyone do MBF or MBFA after Body Beast or Liift4?

Looking for something to help lean out a little but still strength training/weights based.

  • I’m half way through my first round of MBF.
So far, I’d say it’s a good mix of cardio and strength.
I like Megan’s approach on the videos — she focuses on the exercises and doesn’t preach about shakeology.

Update: I tried the cardio/abs workout from MBFA. It was good but not nearly as advanced as I thought it would be. If you've done P90X or even the Body Beast cardio, MBFA is definitely easier. I didn't feel like I was doing enough. Will give some of the other leg/upper body days a try, but as of right now, I may stick to either doing another round of Body Beast and throw in some extra cardio or trying Hammer and Chisel.
  • I’m just finishing MBFa and plan to do another round of both MBF and MBFa.
I tried doing P90 with tony horton quite awhile ago. I didn’t like his style and didn’t have some of the equipment required.

I do find MBFa more challenging than MBF. I also have been supplementing with extra FitOn workouts when I have time.
