@sophielee3 , you're doing it right. We post in different formats, so you can also adjust along the way. Off to a good start, too!
I 🏋♀️ed early afternoon (give me a hi5! 🙌), then 🚴♀️ed with one kid and l8r on did a happy dance cardio (just to make sure I was on + 😉)
Tbh with you, I snacked too much 🙈. Most likely emotional eating 👩🏫. I'll have 🥚s for breakfast tomorrow, because they keep me full at low (caloric) cost 😁. To me, the way I start the day is kind of determining the way it goes... at least mentally.
I was mad 😠 at my scale the past days. I now have 14 days to change this story 😄 (NSV is usually the subject on the 15th, right?).7 -

March 01
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 20 min of muscle training, 2h of walking + another 1 h of walking, 11 min stretching.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, 1,142/1200
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, 2,390 ml of fluid.
Pass days:0 /3
Calories burned: 1,831 /35,000
To me this is a huge number to burn in a day! I was feeling energetic and wanted a strong start, so I burned as much as I could. Since today was a good day, I decided to do my best to compensate for any bad day I may encounter.
Moreover I increased the challenge to 35,000 because 30,000 is a bit easy for me now.
Good night everyone and welcome to all new members, I hope you receive the same benefits, or even more, as me when I joined UAC.

Calories: ✅

Happy March!
I decided to add a couple of extra goals in March.
🔵 Weight
- Current weight: 186
- Goal weight on 3/31: 179 (can be 179.8, I just want in the 170’s)
🔵 Running
- Current: I run 3 miles once or twice a week.
- Goal: Run at least 3 times a week, with one of those runs being 5 miles. (I do circuit training classes at the gym three times a week, so that will leave me one “rest” day when I will walk or do yoga.)
🔵 General movement
- Close all three rings on my Apple Watch all 31 days in March.
🔵 Mental Health
- Start reading again. I used to read 3-4 books a week. I think I’ve read 2 books in the last 12 months? Recommendations welcome. Maybe we can start a UAC book club 😂📚🤓

Good Evening Beautiful People 🤗
First time ever doing this... but super stoked!!
Did I exercise 20 min?? Yup - that’s the easy part for me!! Love to move... pull day today and shoulders/back feelin it!!
Did I stay within my calorie budget?? Amazingly... yes!! Nutrition is the hard part - will definitely need motivation to stick with it.
Did I track my foods/dranks?? Yup!!
This group seems really supportive and inspiring!! Thanks @RangerRickL for letting me join your community.
Stay fabulous everyone ✨12 -
@MadisonMolly2017 - I love your analogy yesterday about this process being like riding a bike. But then, I like anything that has to do with biking. 😏
Welcome to all the newbies. This challenge is just that, challenging, but completely worth it! The people here are so supportive and I look forward to logging on and reading everyone’s posts. I haven’t made it to the winners circle yet, but this is my month. I’m laser focused and not going to make excuses.
