Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? ✅
(ignore the spoiler below if you don’t want to read my rant about my ankle injury!)STILL not able to run on the ankle TWO WEEKS after my fall... I originally said that I “reactivated an ankle injury” but based on how long it is taking to get better, clearly I sprained it again. I am, however able to walk without pain and only have mild soreness when I’m done (for which I am icing it). I am doing two walks per day, trying to get distance in instead of speed.I did 1 x 35 minute walk at lunch & another 45 minute walk after work.... the weather here today was glorious, which makes it so much easier... I attached a picture from the second walk, love the light in the early evening
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? ✅. For some reason the simple addition of 70 calories to my daily total (when I adjusted wt loss targets to only 1 lb/week) has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE to me comfortably making it under goal. It’s not that much, I just don’t get it, but not going to complain!

Right after I finished my homemade chicken vegetable soup for lunch, one of our clients brought in some lunch for us. Lol
She owns the local Chinese restaurant. I skipped the spicy crab salad and egg rolls. I had already eaten and would have had no clue how to count what she brought in.9 -
