@donna25trinity I feel you on the macros. I often plan out my calories the day before and try to get my protein as high as I can. I'm aiming for about 100 grams of protein, but I never hit it. I spend too many of my calories on carbs and fats. I get very resentful of calories having to be spend on protein powders or drinks. I am going to start using egg whites more instead of regular eggs and see how that helps.

Tried a new yoga instructor today who had us do the Mermaid Pose. I was not graceful to say the least. More like a flopping fish. My chicken parmesan rolls actually looked pretty decent this time.3 -

Here are a few 30g meals.
I donβt know how many calories you get per day. Two of them are meatless. I would add more fruits/veg & reduce the rice, bun, etc.
Hope this helps.
I began figuring our breakfast.
Then moved onto lunches.
And then a couple months later, figured out more options for dinner.
Again I eat less protein, which allows more calories for veggies.

So I am definitely out of the challenge now probably out of champions circle too. This week, and next week, will be among my most insane work weeks of the year. And that's what falls off: I didn't log my food for the last two days, probably won't log tomorrow either.
The good part is that I'm not going off rails! I'm still heading out to my Thurs night tennis and eating normally, I'm just rushing around so much I can't think. in the past I'd use it as an excuse to stress eat but that's not who I am anymore see you in a few days finger crossed.10
