    I am an OUTDOORS person - when the weather is nice there is nowhere I would rather be.
    I have always said I head out to play in my “grown-up sandbox” when I get out to work in the garden... not as much of a cardio workout as it is a strength work out, but at the moment it is taking all my time!

    I didn't plan to use a pass day but knew I might end up doing so since we went out to eat and I chose to eat more caloric foods than normal and drank wine. I did manage to do weights today to make up for not doing them yesterday.

    I was absolutely convinced that this was going to be a pass day. It wasn't!

    My exercise was working in the garden an hour or so. I had a relatively late breakfast that was higher calorie than usual and we had planned a dinner that I knew packed a huge number of calories, brandied shrimp. Mom and I allow ourselves a half pound of shrimp each with that dish because it tastes so good. I also allowed myself several glasses of wine. When all was said and done, I was surprised to see that I was still under on calories.

    Then only downside is that even though I slept all night, eating a lot of rich food that late and having the wine meant that the sleep wasn't really restful. But ohhhh did it taste good. LOL
