No surprise on the tiny loss this week. I had a crazy work week and five doctor appointments between me and the kiddos so I missed two workouts. I also went over on my calories three days. This next week will definitely be better.

Ok I need to really get back on track. Definitely do not want to be in the 170s. All of my clothes that I had bought are now too tight. So there's my motivation. I don't want to have to go buy bigger sized clothes

I'm so happy it is spring. Maybe I've said this before...I love tulips. And today, spent several hours wandering the gardens and taking pictures of flowers. And bees. And Geese.

Thanks. Yes, I'm enjoying working days. It's so much nicer than working nights. I will continue working on my weight loss journey. I hope you continue to do well also.

I’ve been on the struggle bus for the last few weeks. Looking to getting my eating under control and back to a healthy place. My exercise has been going okay so I have maintained that positive habit at least. Mini goal will be a return to the 140s. It’s a real mental boost for me.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I’m excited to be a motivator for the team and myself ! I will send out a separate message tomorrow for some motivating vibes.

I see CW as 156 not the other way around, and last week was 150.4. Please correct me quickly if I am wrong!

:star:The Green Challenge :star: Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!! B)

Maybe I've said this before...I love tulips.

You must go to The Netherlands during the blooming season. I was there in late April and early May several years ago. The tulip fields are cool - they’re like big wheat or corn field but all tulips. And the Keukenhof Gardens are amazing!! It’s a huge botanical garden with every color of tulips you can imagine, some grown to create different images. The flower auctions are interesting too.

Did my weekend 4 mile walk for pastry. Saw wonderful flowers on the way.

Iris season is upon us!!! I love iris, too. Okay, I just love flowers.

Tried the passion fruit cream croissant today. It was yum. Usually do the raspberry cream danish. They've also got a lemon cream croissant that is nice. I usually regret not getting the raspberry danish but not so today...warning: food porn ahead (spoilers: don't open if you don't want to see amazing pastry)
