Tomorrow was the scheduled departure, but rough weather has delayed our departure.
I've got 2 pass days to date, but like you, I'm going to be traveling and very distracted by have-to-do tasks.
Since we have just 3 days to go, we need the UAC team members to post if they have used less than 3 pass days this month.
Winner's Circle Qualifiers end the month with 3 or less Pass days.
UAC Champions are those who may not be in the Winner's Circle but continue to stay the course and post regularly throughout the month.

Last night, I woke with a start from a nightmare. I dreamt that I ate a bunch of ice cream and then realized that I had already posted for the day in the UAC.10 -

Yes yes and yes and feeling much more in control of my eating today. I didnt feel like exercising tho so i made a deal with myself. I cld hve a protien ball and coffee while i went for a pram walk in the sun. Ended up really enjoying it! Hve a great night my friends and @Chinkiri awesome quote today btw, ur doing a fab job of manning the forte while the boss man tends to his horse business! @RangerRickL no winners circle for me. I had a total meltdown yesterday and I can’t figure what triggered it. I’ve been eating over cals since vacation but within a maintenance range and not gaining weight, so I haven’t been concerned. But yesterday I went nuts. Chips, sweets, repeat. I didn’t even track it all, just completely abandoned everything. I’m not panicking or beating myself up, but I do know I need to get a handle on it before it becomes a problem. There were no stressors, nothing emotional, nothing unusual. I wish I could identify what caused it to help me avoid a repeat. It’s been a couple months since I’ve had that kind of meltdown.11 -

I am a bit disheartened. Yesterday I did a fast day (600 calories) and today I was a lb heavier! I am hoping it is water weight. We will see tomorrow.

@Mrs_Hoffer I know what you mean to a degree, I have managed to lose some weight but never reached my goals. This is my first time doing maintenance and I'm really interested to see at 1st of May whether I did it right or not. I do keep extra calories to be in the safe side, as I'm still not sure how much my body can burns, every website says different things on my tdee.5 -

Looking for the positives in a crappy teaching day and struggling to find them. Today took all my coping strategies to not go for the snack box but I did it and went for a nice cup of tea instead. I think that is the positive.

Today was difficult but I’m glad it’s over. Morning run and work were both good but I’m the evening I had to break up with the man. I know a bunch of you followed the start of my relationship with delight so here’s the update. He is a nice guy but despite that, I’m just not in love with him after three months. I know he has stronger feelings for me but I can’t stay in this just for him. There are a couple of other aspects that played a role in my decision and I have prayed about it and could never find peace in staying with him. He took it reasonably well but I know it hurt him and I’m sad about that. Looking forward to getting back to my own routines that didn’t work with him around, so despite a week away, May should be a really good month.10

Lots of walking and getting ready activity, plus active stretching; walking and working with a happy horse. Today, all I had to do was point him up the horse trailer ramp and he walked on without being led.
