Did bad today with bringing that number up some only got in about only 658 net cals just not hungry. But here is a look at my last 6 day of this fasting challenge for you all to see.

4/19 Goal-24 hrs. Fasted 24 hrs
Weight 142.4. The last hr. of the fast was really tough! Dinner was ready and smelled so good! My husband is fasting with me so that really really helps me!
4/20 Goal-24 hr Fasted 22 hrs
* update: We didn't make the goal as we were so hungry. We are going to switch to a 23:1 OMAD schedule so we can eat at the same time every evening.
Weight 142.6 Today I need to find more distractions toward the end!
4/21 Goal-23:1 Fasted. 22 hrs

Weight 141.6 I had a migraine and didn't post yesterday. I need to drink espresso 2 or maybe 3 cups during the day to fight migraines. I also take the Aimovig shot once a month. We went for a walk yesterday which was nice, but it ended in a migraine. Head still hurts this am. I'm wondering how the day will progress.

Weight 143.6 I'm hoping this is just water weight as I drank over 20 oz in the night. I've lost 1 inch around my waist and my hands and fingers even feel thinner! I can't give up!1 -

My goal for the last day was 24 hour but with passing may goal weight for this month (290) I decided to stay at not more then 20 for tonight into tomorrow.
I think this has worked for me because it showed me I don't have to keep food going all the time for 8 or more hours to feel satisfied. I think most of the time I eat because it is that time of the day so I did it hungry or not with of course added chips or something at night on some occasions. This was with no regards to what that is doing to my system as a whole. I should start to let my body tell me when it needs more and not the other way around.
Thanks for starting this challenge I have never tried to fast everyday for this long I would just do 1 day for 20 to 27 hours then go back to my normal routines.0 -

I too have never fasted this consistently. I have found that even when the scale doesn't move, I still feeling better, have more energy, clothes are looser, and I understand hunger and cravings better. I also can see how much I snack at night! No More!1 -
