Thanks for the positive feedback regarding the Champion incentive and recognition.
@lesdarts180 is 100% right that life does derail our hopes and expectations.
The UAC foundational commitments do work for us over the time, even though life throws obstacles in our way.
Keep focus and keep moving forward!!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes (30 min walk)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Was a real struggle today. Home stresses. Temptation to over-eat when times are difficult. Fortunately managed to not give into temptation.
Looking forward to the weekend (and Mothers day on Sunday here in Australia).9 -
Pretty proud of myself right now, i cut my desert calories in half tonight so i only hve 2 calories out of 355 calories that i need to make up for from wen i overate earlier this week. Its been a tough week of going without to make it back up, but im so glad i did it instead of taking a pass! Lesson for next week is dont over eat in the first place! Xox9

I've been ill, gastro-flu, so haven't eaten much or done much exercise. Living on tea, yoghurt and soup today, might have a soft boiled egg and a piece of toast tonight.

@rangerrickL life is a complicated thing
@donna25trinity Have not noticed anything with App but I know that with other app that deleting and reinstalling can sometimes be beneficial. Also, can you expound on what you did (sorry I missed it originally). Did you essentially "charge" calories that you are over with plans to "pay back" over the following days in order to not use a "pass"? If so, I love the concept, it might reinforce positive choices for me.
@craigo3154 Bravo on powering through. Stress is such a trigger for me as well. Sounds like you handled it well!
@chinkiri sorry you are not feeling well. Hope it passes quickly.

So this month in addition to above I have been working on putting a little more variety in my WOE using heart healthy food. So far I have added "low sodium tomato juice, low sodium canned beets, naval oranges" I already have a fairly healthy set of food but am working on ways to reduce my BP which for some reason is higher than it used to be (could it be I am older? naw.....).9 -

Feel a bit better, but stomach still doesn't want 'proper' food, also feeling pretty tired.
I did stay under budget though, tracked it all and even managed to walk at a snail's pace round the block and to the shop.13 -

Today I am blessed. Today started with all the normal routine; Yoga, get the kids ready and off to school, go for a run, work, eat my first two meals (I'm following a 20/4 intermittent fasting routine so those first two meals are late morning snacktime and lunchtime for most)... but then... as has been mentioned... Life happened.
I consider myself lucky to have had my mother come into town over the last couple days. I got to eat with her Wednesday and take an afternoon walk with her yesterday. This has meant that much time away from my immediate family and my wife, which would normally not be a big deal, but in my family we have 3 children with severe autism so nothing is ever "that easy". Time away, especially from my wife, is costly. We never get time together. It's either keeping the family safe and the house in one piece while everyone is at home, or I am working. Or we get to do lunch when I am able to take enought time for lunch from work. So when my wife reminded me that I said we need to do lunch together on Friday for "us", I could not just half-*kitten* it to fit my walk in for the day, or tell her that I just ate my 2nd of 3 meals so I wasn't ready to eat.
I feel blessed today because:
1. We went out to one of our favorite lunch time hangouts while the kids are in school.
2. We had a great time, and that was overdue (it's hard to explain how something that trivial can be so big).
3. The timing of it allowed me to fit the food I had in as my 3rd and final meal for the day.
4. The food I ate fit in with my clean keto diet, my macros and my calorie counts.
5. We even had drinks and despite that I STILL am coming in under my caloric restrictions.
6. We had a great time, which I said in number 2 already, but bears repeating.
So...

SModa61 thanks for the tip ill give it a try. Yep thats right for the month of May im trying to take no pass days as i hve found for me personally if i take a pass day i loose all self control, stop counting calories and i just overeat way too much! So to still hve the freedom to go over calorie limit on certain days but also ensure there is accountability im now focusing on weekly calories instead of daily. I wish i was one of those ppl that cld take a pass day responsibly but i just end up bingeing and then all my hard work goes down the drain. I got the idea from @MadisonMolly2017 who doesnt take passes and @lesdarts180 who counts weekly calories. Xo3 -
@Chinkiri get well soon.
@winner in life, great quote.
@SummerSkier good for u for addressing heart health.
@WhatMeRunning so lovely to see the gratitude!4 -
Posting for today and yesterday…yesterday was an unintentional pass day. Did ok all day, lots of exercise…but went over calories a bit at dinner time.
Today was good…and I even fitted in a swim after work and a glass of wine to celebrate the weekend.
I had planned to take a pass day tomorrow, it’s my sons 11th birthday so I’ll be making cake and taking him out for brunch, take out pizza for dinner. I may see if I can manage without a pass tomorrow but either way I’ll be taking @RangerRickL ’s advice from earlier and the week and not going crazy.8 -
Back problems today. I may have to take a pass day tomorrow
✅ I exercised for at least 20 minutes
✅ I stayed within my calorie budget for the day
✅ I kept track of everything I ate and drank

My second pass day, but I'm happy to say that I counted everything and I'm over by 132 calories. So tracked, exercised, but a little over budget.
I'm the same a @donna25trinity , I tend to not track on a pass day, especially if the meals I'm eating are hard to track, but I'm trying to find out how my body work, how much is actually enough ? 🤔
@SModa61 how are you feeling today? Was your experiment successful ?
@Chinkiri wish you get better soon !! Tea with lemon might be good for you too!
@donna25trinity thanks for sharing, I might have missed you mentioning this before, I'll keep it in mind for future changes, I can't stay in one routine for long 😩.
Goodnight 🤗 💜 may you all have happy dreams and great sleep4 -
Very busy day I may not have formally exercised but assisting a friend got me well over 13,400 steps for me that’s over 6 miles.
Tracked and logged5 -
Yes x 3 today.
@TerriRichardson112 hoping your back improves ... painful backs are the worst.
@WhatMeRunning so glad you and your wife had time for a nice break. So important to make care time for yourselves with such day to day challenges.
@craigo3154 3050 Managing stress is so important and such a challenge (at least for me). This past year gave me lots of opportunities to learn, but still working on it.6 -

5 mile run. Not the best food choices but still under thanks to said run.
Kind of blah. Lots of behavior issues with the kiddo and development pediatrician appointments and teacher conferences and I’m spent.

I tracked everything, worked out for 45 mins and stay in the green!! 2 pass days so far.
I'm trying to add a fourth thing to my day, and that's to let go. Bring tense about things I can't control doesn't make them magically better.8 -

I feel for you. Thinking about teacher conferences gives me angst even after many years... Take care of yourself3 -
The other day I said I’d gained 3 pounds by overindulging on my FIVE pass days in April. Stepped on the scale today and the 3 pounds were gone. Obviously I didn’t lose 3 pounds in a few days so I must not have truly “gained” 3 pounds either. Phew, what a relief.

@SModa61 For the last two days, I am unable to log into MFP via my home PC but I can log in via my iPhone.
It is very frustrating to be unable to type on my keyboard.

Made it through the day. Exercise was not brag-worthy, but I got my 20 minutes. Tracking and calories were spot on, so three yes for today.
Tomorrow is a little tricky: donut holes with grandson in the morning; packing and driving to maine in the afternoon; out to eat with friends in the evening. BUT, I have pre-tracked a plan for the day. I get 4 donut holes (need to remember to not eat my regular breakfast), and I know the restaurant and have tracked the chicken cacciatore over baby spinach instead of pasta, that I used to order in my WW days. Going to head out tomorrow early in the AM (before 7) and get my exercise in. Sneakers are coming to Maine for a Sunday walk or run. Packing and driving home Sunday night.
Pass: 3
No pass: 4 (woot! no pass exceeds passes)7 -

@rangerrickL try a different browser. Chrome is working better for me. But yes, in the middle of the day, even Chrome would not work and I had to track dinner on my phone.0 -
