    Sorry team - I am in the worst rut and can't seem to pull myself out. I went from 220 down to 200 ish and now I am up and down the same 3 pounds for almost a month. :(

    It happens; don't let it defeat you. Just refocus on your goal and what you need to do to get there.

    UUUUGGH. I hate when that happens. I bet you will see a nice drop next week...just takes time for the body to catch up I think! Keep it up!

    Checking in! My daughter/migraine comes home from college on Thursday and I’m having all kinds of anxiety and all I want to do is drink and eat but I’m staying strong. Lol 😂

    Thanks again @Keepingtrack1234. I'm trying really hard but this isn't easy.

    Check in: Everyday for the past 12 days I've managed to drink my gallon of water. I have been putting in lemon juice or cucumbers to entice me to drink it. Otherwise it will just sit there looking pretty. I also maintained my steps. 12k is my everyday goal but my kids run me ragged lol.

    TGIF team! Hope all is well with everyone. Just checking in! I’m on my way back home from picking up my daughter from college. One year down!! I’ve enjoyed my peace and now my migraine is back 😂😂. Have a great weekend on purpose.
