 Exercise: Laundry and packing for a trip
 I am so paranoid about packing for a flying trip. I can pack for a car trip - no issues. Done it dozens of times in the last three years. Flying? Haven’t done that in four. Also, I do have have plantar fasciitis. Going to try using a frozen water bottle to help as therapy. Wrapping my ankle, too, but I still need a golf ball to roll around under that foot. Guess I can get that from Walmart?0
