I probably drink too much water when we are in school (and have had to do mad bathroom dashes). At home, I find myself drinking decaf coffee most the day with the occasional glass of water. Unless I am on the spin bike, then I go through 2 water bottles sometimes ( I am, unfortunately, a sweater 😓). Based on urine color, all seems good.

@Winner_in_Life - that quote is magnificent and may also need to become my current mantra.1

Ran in the uncomfortably warm weather. Didn’t fall over. Considering it a win.4 -
Just did a quick 20 minutes on the indoor bike to make today 3 yeses. Exercise is not as good as it was in Florida, but more importantly, i am keeping the habit of everyday exercise going.5

Under:No, I ate about 1800 calories today, with exercise i can eat about 1600 calories so I'm about 200 over. I cooked some really good food that pair well with instant ramen (the reason why i over eat since a single one of them was 570 a calories a pack and I ate it twice (lunch and dinner). Had I ate it with rice instead I would have capped oout around 300-400 calories per serving, but it's okay! I'm honestly not upset and will just do better tomorrow.
Scratch this, inspiration hit me so I actually just spent an extra hour on. the bike, which put me back within my calories limit. I'm so tired right now but it worth it :P

I struggle to drink “enough” water but generally don’t see a problem. @SummerSkier I’m on your page with this one. That said, I could tell I was bloated the last couple days so upped my water to take care of it.
Yes to all 3 today

Planned pass day--that makes 3.
I used to be terrible about drinking enough water, but when I moved to Texas I realized it really wasn't optional anymore. Now I take my 36-ounce bottle everywhere and refill it at least once a day. I'm also a great devotee of sparkling water.6 -

I’ve been getting better about drinking water but have been going through a funk where I don’t track as I should and go well over my calorie goal... #icecreamtherapy. So I’m out of the winners circle this month but thanks so much @biketheworld and @SModa61! I was half thinking of throwing in the towel and not checking in but I read your comments and thought, you’re right. I’ve gotta give myself some space but keep checking in... eventually I’ll get myself back on track. Also love the idea of pre-tracking! It might seriously help me control the constant comfort eating... I’m going to try that tomorrow... I’ll let you guys know how it goes!
Thanks again!6 -
@achagpar Don't throw in the towel. We are all in this together!1

Yes x 3. I'm not a fan of water but I manage to drink 4/5 cups daily by adding an fruit flavored herbal tea bag.
Thanks for the link @Winner_in_Life, good info to ponder.3 -
Good with food on both counts. Crickets chirping on the exercise part. Yes, yes, no.4

Water
One kidney...so I do what I’m told be kidney transplant team...
“Drink 1 oz of water per day for every kilogram of weight.”
70 kg, so I drink a minimum of 4 pints & a cup day. When exercising harder, or really hot weather, or eating saltier food, I naturally drink more.
Also veggies & fruit have a lot of water, so@SummerSkier you likely DON’T need as much water with your diet & other fluids.
I drink very diluted tea sometimes and I DO count that in my water intake. I never force water of I don’t feel like it.
Final point: it is best to drink water gradually throughout the day (and night) if you’re willing.
Reason for water: our body is doing tons of chemical reactions to convert what we eat into what our bodies need. Water (2H’s & an O) are ESSENTIAL for those chemical reactions!!! Once I knew that, I had no problem drinking water spaced through the day!

Pass day 3/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records)
I like drinking water... so I don't have the drink water issue
It is my motivation to get up from the computer and move since I need to answer the bathroom calls4 -
