Well done all on the fantastic losses.
I've spent late afternoon & most of evening marking to try & get further caught up. Done, but then found info i inputted to a shared spreadsheet hasn't saved! So I'll have to re-do it tomorrow as work.

Good to hear @JoDavo66 ...I had a good day as well, but wish I'd made better lunch choices...made the mistake of going to pick up my grocery order without eating...hit a drive thru on the way home...story of my life...tomorrow will be better! I did extra walking today to help a little and increased my cleaning somewhat...
Hope everyone else had a good day today! Two more work days for me this week and then a 5 day weekend...hoping for nice weather for at least part of the Memorial Day weekend!

@jessicakrall8 I've started driving a different way home so I don't call at Starbucks everyday! Our local one is lovely & I know the staff- too tempting.
Hubbie & I here now on a "date night" -dropped eldest at Cadets & escaped for an hour!
I have 2 days equivalent left as Wed & Thurs are my half days. Gym time tomorrow & Thurs.
Hubbie taken Sun & Mon off so we have 3 days together.

Hi team Trimstones!!
My name is Ashley. I am 35, a wife and mom of two little girls. I have a very sedentary job as an accountant but recently purchased a standing desk which keeps me moving throughout the day. I have been mostly working from home the past year so being able to go to my kitchen at any time has been my downfall. I am definitely ready to make some changes and get back on the right track.
I would love to join the step team challenge. I enjoy walking, biking and weight lifting. I try to get in at least 8,000 steps a day. I prefer to walk outside but depending on how busy my day gets, I will also use my treadmill.
I’m so excited to be a part of this team and weight loss group. I look forward to getting to know all of you! ☺️4 -

I had to go to the chiropractor last week. It seems have I have a vertebrae out of alignment causing numbness in my back. Ive been trying to get my weightloss on track, but this is another obstacle.4 -
