    Well, that's definitely not the way I wanted this weigh-in to go! I had a busy week at work, but I did get a few good walks in (14,000 steps on Weds, 13,575 steps yesterday). I wasn't very good with my water intake, so my goals for the week ahead are:

    1) 30 minute walk every day - if I know I'm going to be too lazy after work, I'll do it in the morning before work.
    2) Drink 3 of my water bottles of water every day (that's 9 cups)
    3) Stop working when the work day is over! Just because my computer / office is currently in my living room, doesn't mean I need to be working all the time!

    Hope you all had a great weekend, and have an awesome week ahead!

    Much better this week, I'm glad ! However, I failed miserable on the "No alcohol week". The lesson that I've learned is that I find it very difficult to say no when the weather is fine and the company (friends that I hadn't seen for 9 months) even finer.

    I called my health insurance company and they said I can see a dr for my weight. I called the dr but they make you do a group zoom meeting as a consultant to decide if this is for you. After that they will call and book your appointment. The only thing the zoom isn't until july 6 so now I have to wait a month for that and who knows how long before an appointment. I was a little bummed. They only do zoom once a month. In the meantime I still have some tests to find out what's wrong with my stomach.
