    My daughter just said she was still hungry. I suggested celery and peanut butter.
    H-But mom we don't have any ants (cranberries). Oh wait yes we do!!!!!
    M -raisins.
    H-real ones!
    M-Yes we do have Pharoah ants right now just dip it in. Then you will get protein and crunch.
    H- sour look and a uh no.
    Love her she can dish but not recieve. Meaning I could eat it but not my princess.

    I had for breakfast.YUM and super filling.
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 oat milk unsweetened
    50 grams blueberries
    A bit of icing sugar it's really sweet but not alot calories.
    Tbsp of peanut butter
    This is 317 calories and no morning snack.
    If I took out the icing sugar it would be 299 calories. It sets me up for the day. I have this every second day. I can't stand the bags of oatmeal. Steel cut is the best but I can't or rather the kids can't wait 20 mins.

    Omgosh my daughter just asked Google how do you spell sore? As in ouch this hurts and she spelled out the whole thing. Sorry this day will be interesting.

    Oh as I forgot to mention, I will be out of town the 14th through the 19th of this month. Wife and I are just taking a roadtrip up the coast but wifi will be spotty so won't be able to check in until we get back.

    @charmingpassion sounds like a lovely getaway. I'll email the MODS and have them mark week 3 of Jun as excused. Have a wonderful time and take a pic or two to share with us when you return!!

    Finally getting around to answering these.
    • What was your one big weakness last week?
      I was sick and knee was healing so just didn't feel like really doing much
    • What one act of kindness did you perform last week?
      I helped a new builder out, after all success is great but we grow by teaching and helping others
    • And finally, what can your captains/motivators do to make your life easier in June?
      This is a tough month for me so just being understanding that I am doing my best, all of us are doing our best even if its not always on time.

    I love to make fruit parfaits ( yogurt, cut up fruit, granola and I add flaxseed)

    I love to make bbq chicken sandwiches this time of year. BBQ sauce, Italian dressing and some brown sugar.

    Thanks! I'm going to try some fruit parfaits. I do fruit only but some granola and flaxseeds sound good.
