I’m sorry it’s so stressful @RangerRickL. Are you beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel? I hope so.
I have spent a lot of time going through things, but some ah-ha’s I’ve had & your sharing of your experience, are making me rally for another “more ruthless” pass of old photos & memorabilia.

Too hot to walk. My heart rate sitting was where it usually is lightly walking. I decided to take the day off - extremely rare for me.

I'm so glad I was successful. If it weren't for my bike ride, it wouldn't have been. Hubby and I went out to eat for our weekly "date" meal after biking in a new area, and I had just enough calories left over from my meal to give it a win.
