 I'm so glad I was successful. If it weren't for my bike ride, it wouldn't have been. Hubby and I went out to eat for our weekly "date" meal after biking in a new area, and I had just enough calories left over from my meal to give it a win.
 No pass days for me yet...dare I say it?!2

            Well, I am out for the month. I have discovered that I am not good with having fig newtons in the apartment (even individually wrapped servings). Well, at least I've learned to be moderate with pizza and tacos.
 On a positive note, I submitted my grades today and I just have one more week of school functions then I am off to see my family for a month. There will be a lot of temptations because I am sure we will eat out a lot, but my dad has agreed to do daily walks with me and there will be a pool to swim in. Plus, my dad has a bike and weights so no excuses really not to be working out.4

 Thanks @RangerRickL ! Yes, it came right down with a small amount of a medicine. The increase it HR (but still in a fine range) seems to be due to 90-95 degree heat wave. So, I’m taking it a little easier. Today I went to SF with a couple of friends - lovely, breezy 70 degrees!! I might have to go back there tomorrow:))
 Filled the recycling & trash bins tonight. Time to get rid of more stuff.
