    Over on cals today, tracked it all and exercised. 3/3 pass days used. Back on tomorrow!

    Yes x 3 today. Struggling with feeling hungry for the last 3 days. But today I went for a bike ride at lunch and after work so I was able to eat a bit more while still staying way under!

    Perseverance would be my answer to today's question. I just keep trying until I get it done. Having said that, I do fail a lot along the way and sometimes it may take a LONG time to get it done... 😁

    Are you eating more sugar or salty foods? L
    That often triggers more mouth hunger for me. If it’s true hunger, perhaps up your calories slightly? (Is your exercise burn higher than usual?)
