Thanks! I tried sending messages to the mods back on the 4th when the assignment post went up, but no luck. Between it being a holiday weekend and any possible MFP message algorithms that might have filtered out my message to them, who knows. 😕 🤷💜

I'm not off to a great start, up 2 lbs so far. We celebrated my birthday on the holiday, and had left over cake. It's all gone now. My official weigh-in day is Friday. I will track religiously today, and stay under my calories. Yesterday was very stressful at work, and I deal with stress by overeating. I plan to be more mindful from now on.0 -
