I also wrote a blog post yesterday, while MFP was acting wonky. If you want to read it, here ya go: LINK ...

I didn't really have time (or energy) to read your blog post until today. That is super cool.

    This my weightloss this week.

Great hair, Melanie! Reminds me of this. So popular when I was in grade eight

Trying to decide if that is good thing or a bad thing...Is that Mary Lou Retton?

My hair is too...everything to be as smooth and flat as that pic. I think it (hair) is excited to not be heavy and is aiming for floofy. We'll see.

It's not just a good thing, it's a great thing. It's Dorothy Hamill, an Olympian skater from the 70s. I had to have her haircut then and it's trending again now. Great hair style!!

Steps 64005. I couldn’t find my Fitbit for 3 days this week. So my steps are not accurate.

Back to bouncing around this number I thought I was getting back on track but my body refuses to go any lower. I started going back to the gym so I don’t expect it to drop anytime soon. My goal is 168, so I can say I lost 100 pounds. I don’t know if I will ever make it. I’m starting to lose hope. I’ve been around 177 since January. Well anyway I’m going to keep trying. And I’m content with where I’m at. It’s just a goal to say 100. I guess 92 may have to do.

Don't worry @kandi3570 you'll figure it out. I would probably eat up to maintenance for three days or so and then go back to your healthy approach and see what happens. I have had good success (when I'm concentrating) having two eat up days a week (eating to maintenance) and then five down in the past. The two days should not be consecutive. PM me if you want to know how that worked for me.

That's it! I knew I knew that face! Mary Lou Retton wasn't quite right...but hey, an Olympian! I'm enjoying the short.

I don't think I'm posting steps this week as I've barely done anything. Between vertigo and severe sinus headaces, I've had to stay pretty quiet. Good news is: no dizzies since Thurs and I think the headache is abating today. Maybe I'll get a walk this am.

I'm still doing well with food, I just didn't move at all past week. We had torrential rains up until Friday, and on Thursday we were just relieved to live out of the flood zone that has ravaged our country. Friday I got my second shot which kept me sedentary for the whole weekend: headaches, joint paints and general fatigue. Today I'm feeling much better.
But on a whole, I'm pretty much maintaining this month and that is not my intention. I'm eating at 1.600 kcal average and that should be enough to lose weight even at sedentary level, but apparently not. It's time to shake things up a little. Fortunately, the weather is gorgeous now and I have a day off on Wednesday as it is the equivalent of the "Fourth of July". The plan is: diving on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday; biking on Sunday. On working days, I'll have to walk again as that is something that has slipped and probably burns more cals than I would have thought.

    I'm getting there !
