    @Nevadaden - Glad to hear that you are doing well and didn't gained that much. Great job in slowly getting rid of it. 👍 As for me, up onto the wagon and fall off again and up again and fall off again😩 Hopefully something will work 🤞

    Another 10.2kg (22.4lbs) to go before I reach my GW of 50kg. If I can reach my GW before 2021 is over, that would be just awesome :) For this month, I just hope that I can see 59-something kg (129-something lbs).... fingers cross!

    Thank you @Nevadaden <3 You are right, 1lbs loss in a month is better than 1lb gain. Just have to keep on making sure that I don't fall off the wagon...lol

    Had a 7 day lockdown and it's over now👍😁 For my weight-wise, hovering around 60.2kg - 60.8kg. Have to really try harder next week.

    I really think my body is playing on me... I am hovering at 60.2kg - 60.8kg for a while now and it sucks! :( Hopefully, by this week, I get the scale to move again.

    Good news...my vertigo has left and I hope its not coming back. So, am doing a minimum of 30 mins high intensity aerobics workout each day. As for OMAD, am doing A-OK too. However, the only thing that is not OK is my weight...ain't seeing and loss at the moment...ho ho hum :( Hopefully, I will see some loss soon *fingers cross*

    59kg (130lbs) this morning <3!
    I hope that I will never ever see 60-something kgs ever again!!!!

    Hey hey I'm new! I need more OMAD friends! Been kinda wary about posting my food diary in my feed, because many people aren't supportive of OMAD. I get it, breakfast is the most important meal of the day lol! I love the mental/physical clarity of OMAD. I will binge all day if I eat breakfast/lunch plus I get so tired afterwards!
    I'm a coffee & tea drinker & eat a pre dinner snack (usually if I have to cook) or dinner with a small dessert if my calories allot. I did OMAD before without counting calories, but noticed myself maintaining. Anywho hi guys, posting here because every other OMAD thread is dead now lol :D

    Nothing much to report as my scale is moving from 59kg to 59.7kg for the whole week as I weigh myself every morning. I sure hope that I can see 58kg something soon.

    I have made sure that I am never higher than my recommended calorie intake each day and I exercise daily for 30 mins. So far, weight not shifting down to 58kg something :(

    It goes from 59kg right up to 59.5kg and it goes up and down each day I weigh myself. Oh well.. hoping to see 58kg soon! *fingers cross*

    I have been exercising till my vertigo came back again :(
    So...now, I am stuck!!! :angry:
    However, I am still doing chair exercises....hoping to be in the 58kg-something land soon!
