17k steps, 0 minutes on exercise bike. Was travelling most of the day and by evening my legs were so tired I realised I don't need to use the exercise bike. Fitbit claims i burned 2k calories just by walking really fast!1 -
I joined an exercise group and we get together for 30 minutes every morning (7:00 - 7:30 am). I hope this helps to move the needle.3

Exercise: yes; over 20,000 steps taken today went on a walk and my walking app glitched and paused during the walk so I dont have a true measurement. But my steps are true and I also did a 30 minutes HIIT which was intense for me 😬 but I feel good2 -
