Exercise: Yes, walked about 45 minutes. One of my friends leg was hurting from work, so ended up not going hiking where we were planning to go. A bit bummed but we went to a different state park I hadnβt got to before that had flat paths and gorgeous lake. Also stopped by a dam and fish hatchery. My car got a good 200 mile drive, saw lots of pretty and different scenery and spent a day with friends, so still a win. Will attempt to go hiking next month now instead

Sorry guys didn't do so good this week. I wonder why restaurants don't have healthy options. It's just so hard when your family wants to go out to eat. I also didn't work out as much either. Well I reckon I'll make a fresh start today and get back to the gym.2 -

Iβve been so wiped the last few days, exercising Wednesday was such a struggle and It didnβt happen today. Not sure if it is due to less sleep than normal, the heat, lack of motivation or a combo of things.

Weighed myself today and was a pound heavier than my weigh in on Sunday. Even though I weighed myself twice on Sunday I wonder if the scale was wrong then, had a 4lb loss that day. I donβt think I could have gained a lb from the way I have been eating this week but who knows.

My day started off pretty good, worked, had a healthy breakfast and lunch. Was just about to exercise when a friend called needing help with something. Was at their place the rest of the afternoon and evening. They fed me and while I stuck to the healthier options for the most part, could not turn down cake. I may have overestimated calories a bit but think Iβd still be over either way.

Calories: 1641 ; Iβve been involved in another challenge where I canβt drink anything but water, black coffee or tea. Canβt add any flavorings of any kind! Itβs amazing how much less I eat when I know I canβt wash my food down with my favorite Coke Zero soda! I actually stayed Under Calories today, it still sucked! Just Two more days of not going into a de-caffeinated rage
@Krysless2 I know exactly what you mean, I did something similar and I can't believe what a difference only black coffee and water has made. It's so much easier to eat what I intend to eat and nothing more.1 -

Was a lb less today than my weigh in, the day before. I try to not focus on the numbers so much, since it fluctuates but still, could I have not weighed 215 on my weigh in day instead of having to report a gain?
Iβve been able to avoid soda for the most part, save for the two days out in last month with friends(my friend brings a packed lunch and always brings a Dr Pepper for me)My weakness is the V8 blueberry pomegranate energy drinks(has caffeine from tea). Iβve just been trying to have regular tea for my caffeine but the sugar in the V8 calls to me. I do limit myself to one a day but am sure if I cut that out eventually would have less sugar cravings.2 -

Exercise: Yes! 60 minute walk outside! It was overcast today and only 70 out when I got off work, hasnβt been cool enough for me to walk outside for a while. Was excited to be outside, Saw a mama deer with two little babies and got a couple zucchini a neighbor was giving away.

My first week I didnβt count my food as I was kicking the sugar and concentrated on staying sugar free and loose anything.
The second week I began counting daily I didnβt stay under each day but lost a few pounds.
This week I stayed disciplined and stayed under daily. I also began working out and did two workouts this week, I already walk daily for 1-1.5hours.
And it really paid off π3 -

Went shopping the day before so today was a bit of a food prep day. Made salads for a few days, cooked chicken in the crockpot for my salads along with potatoes, onions and carrots for munchies then made turkey meatloaf for dinner for the next few days. Is much easier for me to eat healthy if have things prepared ahead of time2 -
